Tap Skip My Order.
Pick how long to skip, then tap Confirm.

Open your subscription.
Tap Reschedule Order, or the next order date beside the price.

Moving, traveling, or stocking a friend's fridge? Update your address any time before your order processes and future deliveries follow you.
Open your subscription and scroll to Shipping information.
Tap Edit and update your address.

Open your subscription.
Tap the pencil beside your frequency, or More Actions then Edit frequency.
Pick how often, then tap Confirm.

Open your subscription and find the product under Products.
Tap Swap.
Tap Select on what you'd like instead.

Apply your discounts
Referral credits and subscriber perks stack right on top of your standing 20% subscription savings. If you have a code, it takes seconds.
Open your subscription.
Tap More Actions, then Apply discount code.
Enter your code and tap Apply. The savings show in your total.

The short version: you're in control. Here's the slightly longer version.
When am I charged for each order?
Three days before each order ships. We'll email you a reminder before that, so you always have time to skip, swap, or reschedule first.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from your account: Subscription settings → Cancel subscription. That's it — no phone calls, no chat queues, no "are you sure" gauntlet. If you'd rather just take a break, pausing keeps your settings saved for when you come back.
Can I change my pack size?
Yes — subscriptions come in 6-packs and 12-packs, and you can switch between them from your upcoming order (it's the same flow as swapping products). Your 20% subscriber discount applies to both.
Do discount codes stack with my 20% off?
Referral credits and subscriber-exclusive codes do — they apply on top of your subscription pricing at checkout. Some one-time promotional codes are for new customers only; the code field will tell you either way before you're charged.
My plans moved up — can I get an order sooner?
Yes. Use Change date to pull your next delivery forward to any date, or tap Ship now on your upcoming order and we'll process it right away. Standard US shipping is free and typically takes 3–5 business days.
