Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent after your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs, and address issues can affect delivery time.

Address accuracy

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and additional charges may apply to reship an order returned because of an incorrect address.

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing may delay delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package arrives damaged, use our Contact page with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.
