This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ZBiotics Company, 44 Montgomery Street, 3rd Floor, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104 ("ZBiotics" or "Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes runs in two separate monthly drawings:
- July Drawing: Entries received from July 22 at 5 p.m. Pacific Time through July 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Winner drawn on or about July 31, 2026.
- August Drawing: Entries received from August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time through August 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Winner drawn on or about August 30, 2026.
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper. Sponsor may end, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, including canceling the August Drawing, at any time without awarding a prize beyond drawings already completed, subject to applicable law. If the Sweepstakes is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and to select winners from eligible entries received before the impairment.
3. How to Enter
During a Sweepstakes Period, submit your email address through the ZBiotics giveaway ad form. Limit one (1) entry per person per drawing. Entries submitted during the July Drawing period are eligible only for the July Drawing; entries submitted during the August Drawing period are eligible only for the August Drawing. Submitting your email is free and does not require any purchase. You may separately choose to subscribe to ZBiotics marketing emails, but a marketing subscription is not required to enter or win, and unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility.
4. Prize; Odds
One (1) winner per drawing will each receive one (1) ZBiotics 12-pack (Approximate Retail Value: $108 each). Two (2) prizes will be awarded in total (one per drawing). Limit one (1) prize per person and per household for the entire Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Prize is non-transferable, with no cash equivalent, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection, Notification, and Delivery
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for each drawing. Each potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the response period, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting. Prizes will be shipped only to a valid mailing address within the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. The winner must provide a valid shipping address to claim the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that are undeliverable, lost, or delayed in transit. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery.
6. Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it believes has tampered with the entry process; has entered using multiple or fraudulent email addresses, identities, or accounts; or has otherwise attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or violate these Official Rules. Any such attempt may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek all available remedies.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099. Winners may be required to complete and return a Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties"), from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical or network failures of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant waives the right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs, and any right to have damages multiplied.
10. Privacy
Information you submit is collected by ZBiotics, not by any social media platform, and is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. California and other state residents have rights regarding their personal information as described in that policy.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, each entrant completely releases Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to ZBiotics and not to Meta.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
